PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding-type common mode choke coil in which characteristic impedance does not deviate between each winding and the ground and symmetry can be sustained even if the position of two sets of winding is shifted due to variation in winding precision. SOLUTION: The common mode choke coil 10 comprises a magnetic body core 11 having a core 11A and flanges 11B at the opposite ends thereof; three electrodes 12A, 13A, 16A and 12B, 13B, 16B provided, respectively, at each flange 11B; and two wires 14 and 15 wound around the core 11A while connecting the opposite ends 14A, 14B and 15A, 15B, respectively, with two electrodes 12A, 13A and 12B, 13B of each flange 11B. A conductor 16 covering the entire surface of the core 11A is provided and connected, respectively, with other electrodes 16A, 16B of each flange 11B, and the two wires 14 and 15 are wound over the conductor 16.
