An organic light emitting display device and a detection device thereof are provided to determine abnormality of the device by detecting a data signal. A detection device of an organic light emitting display device includes a converting unit(220) and a detecting unit(210). The converting unit converts a first signal, which is a data signal of the organic light emitting display device, to a second voltage signal. The detecting unit determines abnormality by comparing the second voltage signal with a reference range. The converting unit has a first resistor which receives the first signal at one end, and a first capacitor which is parallel connected with the first resistor. |
