<p>The surface coating of pourable small parts, comprises distributing the small parts rotated itself in a drum (2) covered by a housing (8), distributing varnish on the small parts through a spray pistol with the help of compressed air at a pressure of 0.3-0.2 bar and supplying additional air into the drum at less than 60[deg]C. The air and evaporated solvent of the varnish/the varnish existing in aerosol form are continuously and/or simultaneously discharged from the drum. The compressed air is subjected to the pistol after deionization, filtration, dehydration, heating and/or purification. An independent claim is included for a device for surface coating of pourable small parts.</p> |
