<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program recording system which enables a user to set video recording reservation, from a place where the user has gone to or to reproduce a recorded program, at a place where the user has gone to by using a mobile terminal, such as portable telephone terminal, PDA terminal or personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: Over the Internet, an Internet video deck center 1 is provided for receiving a television broadcast program, recording and storing the received television broadcast program. A mobile terminal, such as portable telephone terminal 3, PDA terminal 4 or personal computer 5, is used as a reservation terminal to set a program reservation to the Internet video deck center 1. In the Internet video deck center 1, a reserved program is recorded and stored.
