A driving device of a plasma display panel is provided to increase an operation margin by maintaining an optimal discharge voltage at high and low temperatures. A driving device for a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) includes a sustain pulse supply unit(122), a ramp pulse supply unit(124), and a scan voltage supply unit(126) which supply a sustain voltage, ramp up and ramp down pulses, and the scan voltage to a first electrode, respectively. The ramp pulse supply unit includes first and second constant current sources and first and second resistors. The first constant current source(Q21) is connected to a voltage source. The first resistor(R21) is connected between the first constant current source and a ramp up pulse output node. The second constant current source(Q22) is connected to a ramp down pulse output node. The second resistor(R23) is connected between the second constant current source and a ground. Resistances of the first and second resistors are changed according to temperature.
