PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, device, and method having a high-function while implementing cost reduction.SOLUTION: An upper node device: transmits first environment information to a first lower node device allocated to a location where radio communication is possible, through radio; and collects first measurement result information through radio from the first lower node device. The first lower node device: receives the first environment information; selects part of the information as second environment information; transmits the second environment information to a second lower node device allocated to a location where the radio communication is possible, through the radio; receives second measurement result information through radio from the second lower node device; generates the first measurement result information by adding the second measurement result information to information on a result measured by the first lower node device; and transmits the first measurement result information to the upper node device, through the radio. The second lower node device: receives the second environment information; and transmits the second measurement result information to the first lower node device, through the radio. |
