Slug killer, especially for Spanish slug, comprises powdered organic acid, turmeric, ellagic and dried ground Rhus coriaria fruit

The agent comprises at least one powdered organic acid, turmeric, ellagic acid, and dried ground sumac fruit of the species Rhus coriaria. An acid-containing agent for killing slugs and other harmful land-living mollusks, especially the Spanish slug (Arion lucitanicus), comprises (A) one or more powdered organic acids, preferably di- or tricarboxylic acids, (B) turmeric, (C) ellagic acid, and (D) dried ground sumac fruit of the species Rhus coriaria. The composition comprises one third to two thirds of a part (A), two thirds to one third of a part (D) and at least 0.05 wt.% (B). An independent claim is also included for a slug killer comprising 20-40 wt.% (A), 20-55 wt.% (B), 10-20 wt.% (C) and 10-25 wt.% (D).
