A system for managing a process for repairing/reinforcing a structure with a portable display device is provided to enable a non-expert to easily perform a structure repair/reinforcement process by enabling the non-expert to diagnose the structure with a systematic diagnosis system executed in the portable display device such as a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) or a notebook computer. A database module(900) includes a diagnosis module(500) diagnosing the structure needing repair/reinforcement, a reinforcement processing module(600) informing a user of repair/reinforcement methods, a data management module(700), and a feedback module(800) informing the user of a total result and ordering the process again by testing entire processing result. The database module is stored in a sub memory or a web server. A report outputting module(1100) reports entire processing state, the completed processes, and a processing state of each process. A wired/wireless communicator(1200) upgrades each module program and the database, outputs a report to a printer, and communicates with other devices. A program module(1000) outputs a direction to a screen(300) by performing each process with each database module and a CPU(100). |
