An exterior panel of furniture or household electronic appliance includes a base layer(11), a textile layer(13), a glass layer(14) and a coupling unit. The base layer is installed on the outer surface of the furniture and household electronic appliance. The textile layer is adhered to the base layer, and patterns of various shapes are formed on the surface of the textile layer. The glass layer is laminated on the textile layer to make the patterns of the textile layer recognized from the outside. The coupling unit couples the base layer, the textile layer, and the glass layer.
