A bidet and a washing method using the same are provided to prevent a heating unit from overheating by attaching a sensing unit to the heating unit. A bidet comprises a water-feeding control unit(100), a heating unit(200), a discharge unit(300), and a control unit(800). The water-feeding control unit is connected with a water feeding pipe to control water feeding. The heating unit heats water to a predetermined degree and mixes the heated water with cold water. The discharge unit mixes the water past through the heating unit with air and then discharges the air-mixed water to the part to be washed. The control unit controls the water feeding unit, the heating unit, and flow of the water. The water feeding unit includes a water feeding control valve, and a depressing valve, and an overpressure valve. The water feeding control valve is attached to the water feeding pipe to control water feeding. The depressing valve includes a depressing valve housing, a poppet, an elastic member, and a solenoid. The depressing valve includes an inlet, an outlet, and a pressure chamber(P) installed between the inlet and the outlet. The poppet is installed in the depressing valve housing to control flowing amount of water according to pressure of the pressure chamber and the inlet. The elastic member stretches and contracts in corresponding to the pressure applied to the poppet. The solenoid opens and closes the outlet. The depressing valve decreases high pressure of water to be constant. The overpressure valve discharges water coming through the depressing valve by excessive pressure. |
