A system for billing group buying in off-line is provided to service discount in bulk by buying goods at an off-line shop based on group buying order in on-line. A system for billing group buying in off-line includes a group buying information generating part(110), a storing part(125), and a discounting part(140). The group buying information generating part executes group buying in on-line and generates group buying information. The storing part links the group buying information and group buying request payment information, and stores the linked result. The discounting part identifies group buying request payment information and processes to be discounted purchase price when group buying products are sold in the off-line.
