The device has spacers (12, 13) that are added to a connection between a hub carrier and an A arm and to another connection between a tie rod (10) and the carrier respectively. Height of the spacers are determined for compensating a difference between diameters of a base vehicle wheel and a specific vehicle wheel. A cup (4) supports a suspension spring (8) and is placed at an upper end of a Macpherson strut (5), by being supported against a vehicle body and against the spring. The cup allows to control the height of a vehicle body.
