<p>The device (50) for opening a split-type airframe (20) and separating a load (30) mounted on the airframe, comprises a pressure generating unit installed between the airframe and the load to generate an explosion pressure, and a pressure transmission unit connected to the pressure generating unit to apply a force with the help of explosion pressure on the load and to open the airframe by a reaction force with the load. The split-type airframe has an upper and a lower split-type airframe connected to a propulsion unit (10) of a missile in an articulated manner. The device (50) for opening a split-type airframe (20) and separating a load (30) mounted on the airframe, comprises a pressure generating unit installed between the airframe and the load to generate an explosion pressure, and a pressure transmission unit connected to the pressure generating unit to apply a force with the help of explosion pressure on the load and to open the airframe by a reaction force with the load. The split-type airframe has an upper and a lower split-type airframe connected to a propulsion unit (10) of a missile in an articulated manner. The pressure transmission unit generates a pair of reaction forces with same intensity in opposite directions at upper and lower parts of the load to open the upper and lower split-type airframe at the same time. The pressure transmission unit comprises cylinders (70) fixed in the opposite direction in the diameter of the inner circumferences of each split airframe to face each other in the upper and lower portions of the load, and pistons having the first side inserted into each cylinder. Each pressure generation unit is inserted into first side of each cylinder for generating the explosion pressure. Other side of the pistons contacts the outer circumference of the load, receives the explosion pressure generated inside the cylinders, and transmits the explosion pressure to the load. Space units having a predetermined volume are formed between the pressure generation unit and the pistons, and the explosion pressure is generated in the space units. Each of the pistons comprises an insertion unit inserted into the movable cylinder, and a contact unit extending from the insertion unit as a single body with a larger cross section area than the insertion unit and surface-contacting the load. The pressure generation unit is a pressure cartridge for generating the explosion pressure by electrically igniting an inside powder. Grooves are mounted on the cylinder.</p> |
