A fan and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify the assembling process by burying a sleeve and a washer for connection of a rotation shaft in a buffer rubber layer of a boss part. A fan includes a boss part(20) included in a central part. The boss part includes a cylindrical support part(21), a cylindrical sleeve(22), a washer(24), and a buffer rubber layer(27). The sleeve is installed in the support part for connection of a rotation axis and has an uneven part thereon. The washer is fit to the sleeve to connect the rotation axis with a rotation limit. The buffer rubber layer is filled between the sleeve and the support part. The sleeve and the washer are unified with the support part by being buried in the buffer rubber layer.
