A massage apparatus is provided to adjust the height of a massage rod conveniently according to a part of a body to be massaged by comprising ascending and descending units for moving the massage rod. A massage device massages a user through vibration thereof, and includes a flat base(210), a vibration generation unit, a guide rod(420), a slide unit and a massage rod(624). The vibration generating unit is fixed on the upper part of the base and generates vibration. The guide rod is connected to the upper part of the vibration generation unit. The slide unit includes a first slide member(610) that moves vertically along the guide rod. The massage rod is installed on the first slide member. The massage rod is fixed on a connection plate(620) fixed on the first slide member.
