Provided is a vibrating device, which can generate powerful vibrations and which is hardly broken even by a serious impact such as a drop applied thereto. A gun-type controller (30) has a barrel (32) and a barrel jacket (34) integrated with each other, and is made integral from a receiver (36) to a grip (38). A trigger (37) is disposed at a lower portion of the receiver (36). Two vibration actuators (40A, 40B) are attached oppositely in a staggered manner to the inside of the grip (38) of the gun-type controller (30). An actual shooting sound is applied to the vibration actuators (40A, 40B) thereby to realize vibrations of reality by the shot. The vibration actuators (40A, 40B) are equipped with coils and magnets, the former of which are fixed on a case member and the latter of which are rockingly attached to the case member. The vibrating magnets are regulated in motions by a regulating member.
