A double clutch transmission is provided to ensure a reduction gear ratio which is sufficiently suitable for the reverse gear by using a driven gearwheel for a second gear. An input shaft part has a first input shaft with forward drive gearwheels of one gear group of two predetermined gear groups, and a second input shaft with forward drive gearwheels of the other gear group arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the first input shaft. Clutches(12,13) are provided at end portions of the first and second input shafts. First and second output shafts(40,41) are provided parallel to the first and second input shafts. Forward driven gearwheels are provided on the first and second output shafts to mesh with the forward drive gearwheels of the first and second input shafts. Synchromesh mechanisms(50,53) transmit rotational power to the forward driven gearwheels. A reverse driven gearwheel is provided on one of the first and second output shafts, and a synchromesh mechanism transmits rotational power to the reverse driven gearwheel. An idler gearwheel(60) is rotated together with a forward driven gearwheel for a low gear. |
