RESPIRATION CONTROL METHOD

摘要

The inventive respiration control method for producing an action on an organism is used for simply and easily performing exercises based on yogi rhythmic respiration. Said method is also used for forming and maintaining a specified hypoxia during different activities. The control of respiratory cycle phases is carried out according to external signals, which set the respiratory rhythm and are received from a mobile device. A specified hypoxia degree is maintained in a human organism during any functional activity. The long-term application of the method creates conditions for increasing the action performed on the organism. The use of the method while carrying out any activity allows to not spend a special time for performing therapeutic or training exercises.
