PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge order control circuit capable of preventing a malfunction in powering-off. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the discharge order control circuit for controlling a discharge order of a plurality of internal power sources VAA, VINT generated by an external power source VDD, comprising: a pool circuit 100 for storing electric charges supplied from a potential of the external power source VDD; a first delay circuit (VINT circuit) 120 which includes a line of inverters INV21, INV22, INV20 defining only the inverter INV20 of a final stage as an inverter to generate RC delay and delays a discharging signal that is generated when the external power source VDD falls, using the electric charges stored in the pool circuit 100; and a discharge transistor Q23 wherein a gate is directly connected to an output node N22 of the inverter INV20 on the final stage in the first delay circuit 120, a drain is connected to one internal power source VINT of the plurality of internal power sources VAA, VINT, and a source is connected to a ground potential VSS.
