<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silanation composition useful for silanating of a surface containing silica or other silicon oxide, and having an enough stability against hydrolysis. <P>SOLUTION: The silanation composition contains a mixture of at least two sorts of silanation agents, at least one sort of them contains a functional group capable of supporting polymer synthesis, e.g. bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, and at least one sort of them does not contain a functional group capable of supporting polymer synthesis, e.g. 1,2-bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
