PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To redefine resolution and to perform reproduction up to a necessary band. SOLUTION: A first-order differential value adding unit 105 adds a first-order differential value to each of pieces of N-bit discrete data arranged at time intervals 1/fs1. A homogeneity-heterogeneity converting unit 106 obtains heterogeneous data by thinning out one or a plurality of pieces of discrete data between two pieces of discrete data when the one or plurality of discrete data can be approximated with a curve passing two discrete data positions generated based upon the discrete data, a first-order differential value, and time interval information. A curve generator 108 and a data regenerator 109 generates the curve passing the two discrete data positions by using the heterogeneous data to which the first-order differential value is added to generate M-bit discrete data which are arranged at time intervals 1/fs2 based upon respective curves.
