PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the cost required for screw hole machining operation and screw locking operation when an upper rail is installed, facilitate screw locking, and well keep aesthetic appearance by preventing the upper rail from being scratched. SOLUTION: A roller traveling piece 9b for straight forward movement, a skeleton mounting part 74 opening in the vertical direction N, and an upwardly projecting piece 76 projecting from the skeleton mounting part 74 toward an upper rail body 50 are formed on an upper rail auxiliary body 51. A receiving part 77 for receiving the end of the upwardly projecting piece 76 is formed on the upper rail body 50. With the receiving part 77 of the upper rail body 50 received by the end of the upwardly projecting piece 76 of the upper rail auxiliary rail 51, the skeleton mounting part 74 of the upper rail auxiliary body 51 is screwed with a skeleton 73 with mounting screws 78.
