<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably and efficiently manufacturing a ceramic formed sphere and a ceramic sphere. <P>SOLUTION: A mixture containing ceramic powder, a curing resin, water, a dispersant and a curing agent is added into a flowing organic liquid and is cured in the organic liquid. It is preferable that 5-20 vol.% curing resin and 20-60 vol.% water are contained in the mixture. The ceramic formed sphere cured in the organic liquid is separated from the organic liquid and the resultant ceramic formed sphere is dried and sintered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
