<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of accurately detecting the full state of a toner collecting unit in spite of the deterioration of a toner supply part with the lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with an added value table (106) in which a plurality of added values are previously stored in accordance with the cumulative number of driving times or the cumulative driving time of the toner supply part of a developing device (102), and the added value corresponding to the cumulative number of driving times or the cumulative driving time of the toner supply part is read out from the added value table (106), and also a counter (105) is counted up based on the added value read out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
