PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably shorten the installation period of a boiler furnace wall without needing a temporary exclusive suspension mechanism. SOLUTION: In the installation method of the boiler furnace wall formed of an upper skeleton 30 and a lower skeleton 40, water walls 48 of two right and left sides out of water walls of four sides constituting the lower skeleton 40 are temporarily hung in advance, and then the upper skeleton 30 is built up in a suspended state at a girder module 28 disposed at the top of the center 12 of a boiler frame. A can rear water wall 44 and a can front water wall 42 out of the water walls are sequentially lifted, and the temporarily hung water walls 48 of the two right and left sides are moved into regular positions.
