PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security state management server for restricting the processing and operation of an information terminal in response to the security strength of the information terminal.

SOLUTION: A security state management server 101 comprises security evaluation criteria storage means 104 associating and storing security data for evaluating the security strength and a security point that is a value by which the security data indicates the degree of contribution to the security strength; a security information acquiring means 103 acquiring a plurality of items of security data of the information terminal therefrom via a network; a security strength calculation means calculating the security strength of the information terminal on the basis of the acquired plurality of items of security data and the security evaluation criteria storage means 104; and a security strength storage means storing the calculated security strength.
