PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance system which can provide voice guidance without troubling a user. SOLUTION: The voice guidance system comprises a timing detection means for detecting the timing for providing voice guidance targeted for a predetermined spot to a user, a notification means for notifying the user of being the timing for providing voice guidance using at least either one of light, vibration, and a sound different from the sound for use in the voice guidance when the timing is detected by the timing detection means, an instruction detection means for detecting an instruction for providing voice guidance, and a voice guidance output means for outputting a voice for use in the voice guidance when an instruction is detected by the instruction detection means.
