摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of excitation current control in a field winding type rotary electric machine for a vehicle employing a torque calculation type excitation current control system. <P>SOLUTION: An excitation current is corrected (S104) while adding an operation point displacement by hysteresis of magnetization characteristics indicating the relation between an excitation detection value If and an armature winding crossing difference magnetic flux quantityΦ, and the corrected excitation current is used to estimate a torque (S106).
