An apparatus for suppressing stain patterns in a three dimensional display device is provided to improve image quality by suppressing the scattering of light by inserting a transparent medium on a surface of the display device. A 3D display device includes a display device and an optical modulation filter. Plural spherical spacers(40) are arranged between the display device(10) and the optical modulation filter(20), such that a constant space is formed between the display device and the optical modulation filter. Interferences between beams are suppressed, such that stain patterns are removed. Scattering materials are prevented from permeating between the display device and the optical modulation filter by the spacers.
