<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve such a problem that a solar panel or a helicopter port cannot be installed using a conventional art. <P>SOLUTION: In this equipment at embankment covering a waste disposal site, a landfill site 1 is formed by excavating selected flat ground, a dike 2 is constructed around the outer circumference of the landfill site with excavated earth, and a seepage control layer is formed at a lower part of the landfill site 1. When a given amount of lumps of incineration ash 6 temporarily stored in a depository is accumulated, the incineration ash 6 being rendered harmless and being stabilized by solidifying incineration ash of waste with a lime-based solidifying agent and packing it in bags, the incineration ash 6 are transported to the landfill site 1, solid is taken out of the bags, crushed, filled and trodden down by a heavy construction machine or the like, and the operation is repeated to fill and tread down the crushed incineration ash into a roughly quadrangular pyramid. A helicopter port part is formed by flattening the upper part of the roughly quadrangular pyramid; an upper seepage control layer is formed at upper parts of whole of these, solar panels 11 are installed on the three faces of the roughly quadrangular pyramid, and a stairway 12 is provided to one face for the helicopter port 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
