摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for a field electron emission element with superb dispersibility capable of easily making a field electron emission element with high electron emission efficiency, and enabling realization of a thinner and higher-definition display. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for the field electron emission element contains 0.01 to 50% by mass of conductive mayenite type compound particles containing 50 mol% or more of either of the mayenite type compounds expressed in 12CaO-7Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>or 12SrO-7Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, with a part of constituent oxygen of the above mayenite compound substituted with electron to show an electron density of 1×10<SP>18</SP>cm<SP>-3</SP>or more, and 50 to 99.99% by mass of solvents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
