PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous moving apparatus, capable of autonomously moving and capable of discriminating and displaying the degree of risk in an area, to which the apparatus itself belongs. SOLUTION: The autonomous moving apparatus 1 acquires the degree of risk in the position of the other autonomous moving apparatus 1' by communications equipment 12 and acquires the distance from the other autonomous moving apparatus 1' by a camera 10 and the communications equipment 12. The degree of risk discriminating part 22 discriminates the degree of risk at own position from the acquired degree of risk and the distance. A display lamp 46 outputs display corresponding to the degree of danger on its position. Consequently, the autonomous moving apparatus 1 can discriminate and display the degree of risk inside the area to which the apparatus 1 itself belongs, by using the information from the other autonomous moving apparatus 1'.
