A cosmetics container having a powder pumping member is provided to prevent a powder from being spouted out when a cover is opened, and to allow a user to adjust a discharged quantity of the powder so as to put on makeup easily. A cosmetics container includes: a body, having a storing space; a connection member, connected to an upper part of the body; a pumping member(100), connected to an upper part of the connection member; a cover, mounted on the pumping member; a cap, connected to the connection member. The pumping member comprises: a powder discharging member(110), having a convex guide member(112), arranged in its central bottom, and many spouting holes(111); a funnel-shaped coupling member(120), on which the powder discharging member is mounted, and which has a powder receiving part(121); and a connecting member(130), fixing the guide member of the powder discharging member so as to build up a determined play between the powder discharging member and the coupling member in the state that the guide member is inserted into a through-hole(124) of the coupling member.
