<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation element 10 which is formed by a diode and disposed in an exact direction to establish thermal contact between a base of the diode and a heat plate, thereby dissipating heat. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes the heat dissipation element (10) for an automobile lighting or signaling device (50), including a heat exchange portion (26) of the heat plate (24) combined with a heat exchange surface (21) of the base (20) of the diode (12).
