<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method, radio communication apparatus and communication system in which deterioration of communication quality is prevented by giving a stable data link channel even in radio environment variations. <P>SOLUTION: The communication method includes the steps of: acquiring a flow rate of packets to be transmitted (S102); selecting a modulation class in transmitting the relevant packets in accordance with the acquired flow rate of the packets (S103); and determining a discard criterion that is an upper limit for the flow rate of packets to be held in accordance with the selected modulation class (S104). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
