PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bolt from loosening without using a spring washer. SOLUTION: The washer is constituted from a washer body 21 of a washer 20 and an annular elastic portion 23 formed in an end of an insertion hole side of this body 21, and the insertion hole is processed in diameter contraction by deforming the annular elastic portion 23 partitioned with a pressing force of bolt head.
