PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate discharging of a scrap by preventing the mutual complication of a plurality of the scraps without bringing about the large increase of the cost of equipment and the footprint of the equipment. SOLUTION: Blanking work of a large hole on a work W and cutting work of the scrap for cutting the scrap produced at the blanking work into two scraps S1, S2 are performed at the same time. At this time, a scrap S2 on one side is continuously held even after the working between an elastic body 27 provided to the upper die 1 and the scrap cutting blade 17 of the lower die 3 by deflection of the elastic body 27 and the scrap S1 on the other side is dropped first.
