#CMT# #/CMT# The thermostat has an external housing comparing a massive negative temperature coefficient unit for temperature regulation. Two bimetal units (3, 4) act on closed circuit contacts (5, 6). Each closed circuit contact is attached to a fixed contact for opening or closing the electrical continuity over independent transmission units for the closed circuit contacts. The bimetal units have two parallel disk-shaped bodies. The transmission units are formed from a pin (8), which is connected with the bimetal units at one end and with the closed circuit contacts at another end. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for regulating temperature of an electrical household appliance e.g. automatic dishwasher. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The closed circuit contact is attached to the fixed contact for opening or closing the electrical continuity over independent transmission units for the closed circuit contacts, thus providing a double safety in the electrical household appliance.
