<p>A communication system capable of improving the communication quality of a local cell without interfering with other cells. In this system, an interference determining part (107) of a base station apparatus (100) determines an amount of interference by another cell with a received signal to identify a subscriber station apparatus that is an interference source. When the interference amount is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, an interference control part (108) generates control information that instructs a reduction of the transmission power of the subscriber station apparatus identified as the interference source. A transmitting part (109) transmits the control information to another base station apparatus that accommodates the subscriber station apparatus. A receiving part (103) receives control information transmitted by other base station apparatuses. A wireless transmitting part (112) transmits by wireless the control information to the subscriber station apparatus identified as the interference source. A wireless receiving part (203) of the subscriber station apparatus (200) receives by wireless the control information. A transmission power control part (213) reduces, based on the control information, the transmission power. A wireless transmitting part (212) transmits by wireless a signal, which has been controlled in transmission power, to the base station apparatus.</p> |
