<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus making possible the passage of a large size paper while down sizing, being capable of securing high sound proofing property and moisture proofing property and in which a sub-cover can be easily opened being linked with an attaching action of a paper supplying cassette or an opening action of a paper ejecting tray. <P>SOLUTION: A paper supplying cassette 5 which can store various sizes of paper can be entered into and removed from a front surface of a case and a paper ejecting tray 6 which can be opened/closed is provided on a back surface of the case in the image forming apparatus. In addition, the image forming apparatus is composed so that an opening part S into which a rear end part of the paper supplying cassette 5 which is longer than depth dimension of the case can be put through is formed below the paper ejecting tray 6 on the back surface of the case, the sub-cover 8 opening/closing the opening part S is provided and the sub-cover 8 is opened being linked with the operating action of the paper supplying cassette 5 and the opening action of the paper ejecting tray 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
