<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-up promoting device for an internal combustion engine, capable of easily promoting the warm-up of the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: A warm-up promoting mechanism 6 is provided on a head cover 1 of the internal combustion engine 10. The warm-up promoting mechanism can be a heating part for heating the head cover. The heating part can be provided with an electric heat wire on the head cover.
