PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control device of an internal combustion engine, capable of optimally controlling the ignition timing while taking into consideration a fluctuation in MBT and knock ignition timing caused by a change in a fuel quantity flowing in a cylinder of the internal combustion engine in a liquid state, by performing correction control of the ignition timing corresponding to the fuel quantity flowing in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine in the liquid state. SOLUTION: This ignition timing control device of the internal combustion engine is characterized by having a liquid fuel inflow quantity detecting means for detecting the fuel quantity flowing in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine in the liquid state, and an ignition timing correcting means for correcting the ignition timing on the basis of an ignition timing correction quantity by calculating the ignition timing correction quantity on the basis of information detected from the liquid fuel inflow quantity detecting means.
