PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient suspension device for carrying by suspending a heavy-weight stone-filled basket filled with cobble stones. SOLUTION: This suspension device has a base frame 22 for hooking a wire rope 21, a pair of suspension support shafts 27 mutually horizontally supported in parallel by the base frame 22 and freely rotatable around the axis L1, and a plurality of hanging hooks 28 extending downward by supporting the upper end by the suspension support shafts 27 and having a hook part 28a to be locked on an engaging part 8A of row lines 8 and 8 in side surface nets 3 and 3 of the stone-filled basket 1 on the lower end; and is constituted so that the suspension support shafts 27 and the hanging hooks 28 are mutually put in the fixed relationship to the rotational movement of the suspension support shafts 27, and the suspension support shafts 27 keep an attitude for locking the lower end hook part 28a of the respective hanging hooks on the engaging part 8A of the row lines 8 by dead weight of the plurality of hanging hooks 28.
