PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can be used for stably froming a molding having a good design aesthetics and has excellent impact resistance, weatherability and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The laminate is composed of a base material including a thermoplastic resin and a decorative layer and a transparent resin layer laminated on the base material or a decorated base material and a transparent resin layer laminated on the surface of the decorated base material. The transparent resin layer comprises an acrylic rubber-reinforced resin (B) and has a thickness of 0.01μm-2 mm. The acrylic rubber-reinforced resin (B) is a graft polymer composition which is a mixture of a (co)polymer of a vinyl monomer and a graft polymer obtained by polymerizing an acrylic vinyl compound or the like in the presence of an acrylic rubbery polymer.
