PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which has a little load for attachment/detachment and is excellent in workability, wherein a water storage container for generating steam in the rice cooker is arranged at a position without receiving inner pressure in cooking rice by mounting the container onto an inner lid side. SOLUTION: The rice cooker include: an inner pot 2; a trunk heater 22 for heating the inner pot 2; a bottom heater 21; the inner lid 5 in a freely opening/closing lid 4; and a lid heater 28 for heating the inner lid 5. The water storage container 29 which is attached to the inner lid 5, freely removable, and provided with holes 61 to be commonly used for discharging steam and supplying water is attached to the rice cooker.
