<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell stack device capable of preventing electrical efficiency from being reduced, even when deformations or the like occur in a fuel battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery cell stack device 1 is provided with a cell stack 10 which is firmly adhered to a manifold 11, in a state where the plurality of fuel battery cells 2 are erected and arranged and which is formed by interposing current collecting members 3 between neighboring fuel battery cells 2, and alloy-made retaining members 13, which are installed in the erected state and firmly adhered to the manifold 11 so as to pinch the cell stack 10 from both sides in the arrangement direction of the fuel battery cells 2 of the cell stack 10 via an end part current collecting member 3b. The retaining member 13 is provided with a plate-like retaining part 13a in order to retain the cell stack 10, and a support part 13b, of which the one-end part is installed at the center part in the erecting direction of the retaining part 13a, and of which the other end part is adhered firmly to the manifold 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
