PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring apparatus which can monitor individual perusal activities of browsing persons on real time. SOLUTION: This monitoring apparatus has an acquisition means (an access log acquisition and processing module 63) which acquires access log concerning prescribed web page from an web server device or a device that relates to it; a classification means (the access log acquisition and processing module 63) which classifies access log acquired by the acquisition means for every browsing person or for every browsing terminal device; a generation means (a monitoring screen generation module 64) which generates information showing typically a part or whole of hierarchical structure of a page group constituting a prescribed web page, and presentation means (a monitoring screen generation module 64) which generates information indicating temporal changes of perusal activities for every browsing person or every browsing terminal device based on the information obtained by the classification means and the generation means, and presents it to a supervisory terminal device.
