A styrene-based resin composition, and a flame retardant film prepared by extruding the composition are provided to improve heat resistance, strength and transparency. A styrene-based resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a styrene-based transparent resin comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of polystyrene, polyphenylene oxide and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer; 20-70 parts by weight of the triazine-based compound represented by the formula 1; and 0-2 parts by weight of an additive selected from an antioxidizing agent, a heat stabilizer and an anti-falling agent.
