摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a crucible of C/C composite material for single crystal pulling, which has not only a cylindrical body part but also a bowl-like bottom part reinforced by a filament winding method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the crucible includes: a step for symmetrically fixing mandrels 11, one by one, each having a cylindrical portion 12 having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the drum portion of a crucible and being longer than the length of the drum portion, a bulging portion 13 provided at one end of the cylindrical portion 12 and being fitted with the bottom portion of the cylindrical portion 12, and a shaft portion projecting from the center of the other end of the cylindrical portion 12, to each of ends of rotatable rotating shafts 14a,14b in such a manner that the bulging portions 13 are arranged at outside; a step for obtaining a first formed body by winding including level winding wherein a carbon fiber is obliquely wound from the bulging portion 13 to the other end of the cylindrical portion 12 and parallel winding wherein the carbon fiber is wound in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 12; and a step for obtaining a second formed body having a crucible-like shape by cutting the other end side of the cylindrical portion 12 of the first formed body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
