PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tool for machining a surface. SOLUTION: The rotary tool is preferably equipped with a rubber elastic disk (1) and machining teeth (5) where outer rims (2) are placed at intervals apart from one another, and disposed with an inclination with respect to the radial direction.
